The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Order Policy

Photobooks are designed and ready for proofing within 5 business days.

Once designs are ready, printing and binding contract starts which takes upto 5 business days.

We request you to upload your data in a sorted manner.

Order is accepted the day we receive your data.

Any change you wish to make in designing the layout of your photobook is not permitted if changes occurred more than 4 times.

Re-Designing the layout of the photobook again is overcharged.

Albums must be approved on Designstrip (www.designstrip.in) by your side once the designing job is finalized.

Be Careful while filling the order form on designstrip. We will follow as per as the order details provided by you, Hence any changes occurred afterwards will be rejected.

Return Policy
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with attached image of the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:​
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged in transit or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. There are certain situations where no refund will be approved:

Any Item which is damaged due to water. Our items are water resistant, not waterproof.
Any item ruined due to moisture or any damage due to weather effects.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You can also request a replacement.
Late or missing refunds
You haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
